A-1. EXEMPTION TO THE POST EMPLOYMENT HEALTH PLAN ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM-SUPERIOR COURT POSITIONS REQUEST Approve an exemption to the Post Employment Health Plan Enhancement Program (PEHPEP) requirement to delete a position being vacated as a result of employee participation in the plan. The Superior Court will need to rehire for the following positions: Judicial Specialist - Bailiff (PCN-19220), Judicial Assistant (PCN-2060), and Court Commissioner (PCN-11882). PCNs 19220, 2060 and 11882 in the Superior Court were vacated as a result of the previous incumbents’ participation in the FY 2009-10 Post Employment Health Plan Enhancement Program (PEHPEP). Positions are required to assist and perform judicial duties. Due to the incumbents’ retirement the department will achieve approximately $20,611 in total budgeted annualized savings for FY 11.
