15. EXEMPTION TO THE POST EMPLOYMENT HEALTH PLAN ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM -SUPERIOR COURT POSITIONS REQUEST Approve an exemption to the Post Employment Health Plan Enhancement Program (PEHPEP) requirement to delete a position being vacated as a result of employee participation in the plan. The Superior Court will need to rehire for the following position: Judicial Assistant (PCN-2095). PCN 2095 in the Superior Court was vacated as a result of the previous incumbent’s participation in the FY 2009-10 Post Employment Health Plan Enhancement Program (PEHPEP). Position is required to assist judicial officer in the fulfillment of duties. Due to the incumbent’s retirement the department will achieve approximately $9,140 in total budgeted annualized savings for FY 2010-11. (C-80-10-014-2-00) COUNTY MANAGER
