24. SUPERIOR COURT PAYMENT OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT Authorize the Settlement Agreement entered into by the Superior Court in regards to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), claim number 540-2010-00066. The Settlement Agreement will require the Superior Court to pay the amount of $85,000 for payment of back wages in salary and benefits, to the Complainant in settlement of the EEOC claim number 540-2010-00066.
