16. SUPERIOR COURT PAYMENT OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT Authorize the Settlement Agreement entered into by the State of Arizona and the County of Maricopa in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, case number CV 2009-2272-PHX-GMS. Subject to final approval of the form of the agreement by legal counsel. The Settlement Agreement will require the State of Arizona Superior Court in Maricopa County to pay the amount of $75,000 for payment of back wages in salary and benefits, to the plaintiff in settlement of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, case number CV 2009-2272-PHX-GMS.
