19. SUPERIOR COURT PAYMENT OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT Authorize the Settlement Agreement entered into by the Superior Court in regards to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), claim number 540-2009-01831. The Settlement Agreement will require the Superior Court to reinstate forty (40) hours of sick leave into Complainant’s leave accruals in settlement of the EEOC claim number 540-2009-01831.
