21. SUPERIOR COURT LAW LIBRARY CONTINGENCY FUNDING Approve a one-time expenditure of $250,000 from the Law Library Fund (LLF) in FY 2013 for the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County (Court) Self-Service Center and Law Library Fillable PDF Forms Development Project. In addition, per A.R.S. § 42-17106, transfer FY 2012-13 expenditure appropriation of $250,000 from the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring (0001) Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance line to the Superior Court (800) Law Library Fund (261) Non-Recurring (0001). Approval of this action will support the Court’s Self-Service Center and Law Library Fillable PDF Forms Development Project, which will allow a third-party vendor to convert approximately 1000 forms into fillable pdf forms.
