17. SUPERIOR COURT GRANTS FOR FY 2013 Accept the FY 2013 grants and associated revenue for Superior Court Administration of the Judicial Branch in the amount of $2,552,724 total. The indirect cost rate as of July 2012 is 44.2% as approved by the Department of Finance. Some of the grants for FY 2013 do not allow indirect cost recovery as reflected in the funding agreements. The status of indirect costs for each grant is noted on the attached summary sheet. The amount of indirect costs on eligible expenditures are estimated to be $964,354 with $658,108 as unrecoverable and $306,246 as recoverable. Total matching amount is $53,399. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation and, therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law.
