18. APPOINT ATTORNEY AS SUPERIOR COURT JUDGES PRO TEMPORE The Superior Court respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve the appointment of attorney Stephen J.P. Kupiszewski as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 12-141. Attorney Stephen J.P. Kupiszewski would serve as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore without any compensation. The appointment will be for the period commencing July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. This serves the interests of judicial economy and promotes sound caseflow management. (C-80-13-017-2-00)
