24. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE FOR ADDITIONAL LEAVE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for the following newly hired unclassified Judicial Branch Court Technology Services executive staff: Kris Jamsa, Chief Information Officer; Thomas Moseley, Information Technology Division Manager and Chief Developer; Raghu Subramanya, Information Technology Division Manager; all to be effective August 26, 2013. If approved, this ECP agreement will authorize a deposit of 80 hours of Sick Leave into each of Kris Jamsa, Thomas Moseley and Raghu Subramanya Sick Leave balance effective August 26, 2013. The ECP is necessary because it is part of the hiring agreement and is vital to provide the Judicial Branch the ability to hire qualified executive staff. (C-80-14-001-2-00)
