19. SUPERIOR COURT GRANTS FOR FY 2015 Accept the FY 2015 grants and associated revenue for Superior Court Administration of the Judicial Branch in the amount of $3,432,507 total. The indirect cost rate as of July 2014 is 56.9% as approved by the Department of Finance. Some of the grants for FY 2015 do not allow indirect cost recovery as reflected in the funding agreements. The status of indirect costs for each grant is noted on the attached summary sheet. The amount of indirect costs on eligible expenditures are estimated to be $1,611,903 with $1,077,606 as unrecoverable and $534,297 as recoverable. Total matching amount is $50,543. Also, pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106, approve appropriation adjustment(s) resulting in a net increase to revenue and expenditures of $442,691 in FY 2015 Superior Court (800) Grants Fund (238) Operating (0000) budget. Approval of this item will result in an overall appropriation of $3,432,507 for revenues and expenditures in the Superior Court (800) Grants Fund (238) Operating (0000) budget. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation and, therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. This request does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the board pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17105. (C-80-15-004-2-00)
