22. EXEMPTION FROM COUNTY MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL LICENSE PLATES Approve an exemption from County markings and issuance of non-governmental license plates per A.R.S. § 38-538.03 for vehicle #51151 issued to the Superior Court Security Department (SCSD). Upon approval of this agenda item vehicle information including year, make, model and vehicle identification number will be provided to the Clerk of Board. This vehicle will be assigned to the Superior Court Security Department (SCSD). The SCSD is a constant 24-hour-7days-a-week responsibility; therefore a vehicle is required to assist the SCSD in the performance of duties. (C-80-16-002-2-00)
