APPOINTMENT OF ATTORNEY AS SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE PRO TEMPORE The Superior Court respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve the appointment of Attorney MaryAnne Majestic as Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 12-141. This serves the interests of judicial economy and promotes sound caseflow management. This attorney would serve as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore without any compensation other than that to which she is entitled as an on-call and part-time commissioner of the Superior Court in Maricopa County.
