12. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR MARYVALE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH FACILITY Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following appropriation adjustments to the FY 2020 budget: 1. Increase the expenditure authority for the Superior Court (D800) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget by $457,019. 2.
