49.FILL THE GAP PLAN In accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. 12-102.02, subsection (C), authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to endorse and sign the FILL THE GAP plan submitted by the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court. In accordance with the instructions from the Administrative Office of the Courts, the plan has already been endorsed by the Presiding Judge of Superior Court, the Clerk of Superior Court, and the Presiding Justice of the Peace in Maricopa County. 49. FILL THE GAP PLAN In accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. 12-102.02, subsection (C), authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to endorse and sign the FILL THE GAP plan submitted by the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court. In accordance with the instructions from the Administrative Office of the Courts, the plan has already been endorsed by the Presiding Judge of Superior Court, the Clerk of Superior Court, and the Presiding Justice of the Peace in Maricopa County. Per A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), also approve the following budget adjustments: a. Approve a decrease to the FY2023 Superior Court (D800) Superior Court Fill the Gap Fund (264) Operating (OPER) expenditure appropriation of $2,708. b. Approve a decrease to the FY2023 Superior Court (D800) Superior Court Fill the Gap Fund (264) Operating (OPER) revenue appropriation of $2,708. c. Approve an increase to the FY2023 Non-Departmental (D470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Operating (OPER) revenue & expenditure appropriations in the amount of $2,708. d. Approve a decrease to the FY2023 Clerk of the Superior Court (D160) Clerk of the Superior Court Fill the Gap Fund (218) Operating (OPER) revenue appropriation of $2,708. e. Approve a decrease to the FY2023 Clerk of the Superior Court (D160) Clerk of the Superior Court Fill the Gap Fund (218) Operating (OPER) expenditure appropriation of $2,708. f. Approve an increase to the FY2023 Non-Departmental (D470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Operating (OPER) revenue & expenditure appropriations in the amount of $2,708. g. Approve an increase to the FY2023 Superior Court (D800) Superior Court Fill the Gap Fund (264) Non-Recurring (NRNP) expenditure appropriation of $5,852. h. Approve a decrease to the FY2023 Non-Departmental (D470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring (NRNP) expenditure appropriation in the amount of $5,852. (C-80-23-002-X-00)

57. FILL THE GAP ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION Approve an administrative correction to replace the FY2022 application that was attached to the agenda item approved by the Board on December 7, 2022, under agenda item C-80-23-002-X-00 regarding Fill the Gap Plan, with the FY23 Application. The FY22 application was inadvertently attached, instead of the FY23 Application. Approve the administrative correction to replace FY2022 application with the FY2023 application. (C-80-23-002-X-01)
