29. APPOINT SUPERIOR COURT COMMISSIONER KRISTIAN M. MORALES AS SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE PRO TEMPORE The Superior Court respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve the appointment of Court Commissioner Kristian M. Morales Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 12-141. The appointment will be for the period commencing April 17, 2023 – June 30, 2023 and July 1, 2023- June 30, 2024. (C-80-23-023-X-00)
