21. APPOINT ATTORNEYS AS SUPERIOR COURT JUDGES PRO TEMPORE The Superior Court respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve the appointment of the attached list of attorneys as Superior Court Judges Pro Tempore, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 12-141. The attached list of attorneys would serve as Superior Court Judges Pro Tempore without any compensation. This serves the interests of judicial economy and promotes sound case flow management. The appointment will be for the period commencing July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. (C-80-24-027-X-00)
