34. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH REGIONAL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY Approve Amendment No. 3 to an Intergovernmental Agreement between Regional Public Transportation Authority (RPTA) and Maricopa County through the Air Quality Department in the not-to-exceed amount of $400,000. The purpose of this amendment is to continue implementation of the Trip Reduction Program (TRP). This program is part of the State of Arizona Implementation Plan to improve air quality in Maricopa County and helps prevent federal government delays with issuance of highway funds to the State of Arizona . This amendment is effective from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect.
