60. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE RULEMAKING Pursuant to A.R.S. 49-479(b), set a public hearing for December 3, 2008 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of proposed revisions the following Maricopa County Air Pollution Control Regulations: Rule 317 - Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerators, Rule 321 - Municipal Solid Waste Landfills, Rule 360 - New Source Performance Standards, Rule 370 - Federal Hazardous Air Pollution Program, Rule 371 - Acid Rain, and Appendix G - Incorporated Materials. Following the public hearing, the Board is requested to adopt proposed revisions to Maricopa County Air Pollution Control Regulations Rules 317, 321, 360, 370, 371 and Appendix G. Upon Board approval, this item will become effective December 3, 2008. (C-85-09-004-7-00)
