AMENDMENT TO IGA FACILITY USE AGREEMENT WITH PEORIA SCHOOL DISTRICT Approve and execute Amendment No. 5 to Intergovernmental Agreement No. G30123 with Peoria Unified School District at their property located at 10851 W. Williams Rd., Sun City, AZ. The Amendment provides for the continuation of Air Quality Monitor equipment at Zuni Hills Elementary School, 10851 W. Williams Rd., Sun City, AZ. The renewal period will begin July 23, 2022 and continue through July 22, 2027. The annual fee is $100 for facility use and $1,200 for electrical usage for a total annual fee of $1,300.
