25. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT NO. P-50164 WITH THE CITY OF PHOENIX Approve Amendment No.1 to an Intergovernmental Agreement between City of Phoenix (P-50164) and Maricopa County through the Air Quality Department. The purpose of this amendment is to allow the County's continued use of an Air Quality Monitoring site at the City’s Deer Valley Airport at 702 W. Deer Valley Road in Phoenix. This amendment is non-financial and is effective from March 11, 2013 until March 14, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. The renewal term will commence March 11, 2013, and will expire March 14, 2014, unless renewed for an additional year as allowed for in the agreement. The County is responsible for the cost of electrical service for the air monitoring facility. The City’s license fee is nominal. The license agreement may be terminated by either party upon a 90-day written notice. (C-85-10-024-3-01)

The purpose of this amendment is to allow the County's continued use of an Air Quality Monitoring site at the City’s Deer Valley Airport at 702 W. Deer Valley Road in Phoenix.
