PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO MARICOPA COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL REGULATIONS RULE 280 (FEES) Set a public hearing, as required by A.R.S. §49-479(b), for May 26, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. to solicit comments on the proposed amendments to Maricopa County Air Pollution Control Regulations Rule 280 (Fees) and to adopt the proposed amendments to Maricopa County Air Pollution Control Regulations Rule 280 (Fees).
