64. SET HEARING TO CONSIDER PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCES P-27 AND P-28 Pursuant to A.R.S. §49-479(b), set a public hearing for January 12, 2011 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of amendments to ordinances P-27: Vehicle Parking and Use on Unstabilized Vacant Lots and P-28: Off-Road Vehicle Use in Unincorporated Areas of Maricopa County . Upon Board approval, this item will become effective January 12, 2011. Set a public hearing, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §49-479(B), for January 12, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. to solicit comments on proposed amendments to Maricopa County Ordinances P-27: Vehicle Parking and Use on Unstabilized Vacant Lots and P-28: Off-Road Vehicle Use in Unincorporated Areas of Maricopa County and to solicit comments on submitting the ordinances as a revision to the (Arizona) State Implementation Plan (SIP). Following the public hearing, the Board is requested to adopt the proposed amendments to the ordinances and to submit the amended ordinances as a revision to the (Arizona) SIP. (C-85-11-009-7-00)

11. PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCES P-27 AND P-28 Pursuant to A.R.S. §49-479(b), convene the scheduled public hearing to solicit comments and adopt amendments to ordinances P-27: Vehicle Parking and Use on Unstabilized Vacant Lots and P-28: Off-Road Vehicle Use in Unincorporated Areas of Maricopa County and to solicit comments on submitting the ordinances as a revision to the (Arizona) State Implementation Plan (SIP). Following the public hearing, the Board is requested to adopt the proposed amendments to the ordinances and to submit the amended ordinances as a revision to the (Arizona) SIP.
