67. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR AIR QUALITY MONITORS AT WELL SITE 230 Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between City of Phoenix and Maricopa County through the Air Quality Department, for the purpose of approving and executing Non-Exclusive License Agreement No. P50145 for Air Quality monitors to be located at City of Phoenix Well Site #230 at 5712 E. Thunderbird, Phoenix, AZ. This Intergovernmental Agreement is non-financial and is effective from June 1, 2011 until May 31, 2016. The term of this License Agreement shall be for a period of five years subject to early termination by the City or County. The County shall pay all cost and expenses pertaining to the installation and maintenance of the air quality monitoring equipment. The County shall pay the utility services in connection with the monitors and such utilities shall be placed in the name of the County. (C-85-11-021-3-00)

28. AMENDMENT TO NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR AIR QUALITY MONITORS AT WELL SITE #230 Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute First Amendment to Non-Exclusive License Agreement for Air Quality Monitors at well site No. 230, located at 5712 E. Thunderbird Road, Phoenix, AZ between the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County. The License Agreement is for non-exclusive access to Well Site No. 230 for continued use of the Phoenix site for air quality monitoring purposes. This is the first of five one-year renewal options by mutual consent. The term will commence retroactively June 21, 2016 and expire June 20, 2017, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the Agreement. There is no cost to the County for use of the site The County is responsible for the cost of utilities to its equipment. Either Party may terminate the Agreement with a 30-day notice to the other party. (C-85-11-021-3-01)
