20. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF CHANDLER FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1 to License Agreement P-50168 for Use of Real Property at 1913 N. Alma School Road in Chandler, with the City of Chandler. The amendment, if approved, will allow the Air Quality Department to continue and maintain operation of air quality monitoring equipment at the City site for a 5 year term. The County will pay $600 annually for the non-exclusive use of the site and incur electrical utility cost for the site operation. The Agreement will commence retroactively August 9, 2017 and expire August July 31, 2022. Either Party may terminate the Agreement without cause by giving the other a 90 day written notice of intent to terminate. The amendment will amend Section 13 of the Agreement to include additional notice(s) be sent to Chandler City Attorney at P.O. Box 4008, MS 602, Chandler, AZ 85244. (C-85-12-019-3-01)
