AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF MESA Approve and execute the First Amendment to License Agreement (Agreement) between the City of Mesa (City) and Maricopa County (Licensee) for the continued operation of an Air Quality Monitoring Site located at 370 S. Brooks Road, Mesa, AZ. This amendment extends the term of the Agreement from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2027. The license fee is six hundred dollars ($600.00) annually plus tax. The Assistant County Manager for Maricopa County and/or the Real Estate Director for Maricopa County may administer this Agreement. This licensed property is located in Supervisorial District 1.
