21. AGREEMENT WITH SRP TO ESTABLISH A NEW AIR QUALITY MONITORING SITE LOCATED AT 1913 N. ALMA SCHOOL Approve an Agreement between SRP and Maricopa County through the Air Quality Department, for the purpose of establishing a new air quality monitoring site located at 1913 N. Alma School Road, Chandler for the Department of Homeland Security. This Agreement is non-financial and is effective from April 24, 2013 until April 23, 2014. The Department of Homeland Security requires Maricopa County to establish air quality monitoring sites to fulfill grant requirements. The site must be operational as soon as possible.
