22. AGREEMENT WITH SRP FOR MOVING AN AIR QUALITY MONITORING SITE Approve an Agreement between SRP and Maricopa County through the Air Quality Department, for the purpose of moving an air quality monitoring site located at 1516 S. Stapley Drive, Mesa for the Department of Homeland Security. This Agreement is non-financial and is effective from April 24, 2013 until April 23, 2014. The Department of Homeland Security requires Maricopa County to establish air quality monitoring sites to fulfill grant requirements. The site must be operational as soon as possible.
