AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR ACCESS AGREEMENT FOR A NEAR-ROAD MONITOR Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and Maricopa County through the Air Quality Department for the purpose of installing a federally required near-road air quality monitoring site.
