A-2. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR LIMITED RIGHT-OF-WAY ACCESS Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, License Agreement P50186 with the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for limited access right-of-way for the purpose of allowing the Air Quality Department to install air quality monitor equipment on the ADOT right-of-way at 1516 S. Stapley Dr., Mesa, AZ. The license agreement fee will be at a nominal cost to the County of $1.00 annually. (C-85-13-015-M-00)
