26. AIR QUALITY REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER THRESHOLD Per the Board approved FY 2015 Budget Guidelines and Priorities, approve allowing the Office of Management & Budget to review the following request over threshold: Replacement equipment and vehicles for the Air Monitoring division $420,850 (Non recurring expense, Fund 100, Priority #4) Included in the Air Quality fee fund budget submittal will be funds to replace non-functioning or end-of-useful life air monitoring equipment including gas analyzers, calibrators, data loggers, and vehicles. For the past few fiscal years the department has depended on the General Fund for the purchase of this equipment for several reasons, including the volatility of our fee revenue. Since we have been unable to increase fees, we are requesting that General Funds be utilized again for this capital equipment in Fiscal Year 2015. (C-85-14-010-2-00)
