AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY Approve and execute the Amendment No. 3 to License Agreement (Agreement) between the Town of Fountain Hills and Maricopa County for the use of 100 square feet of vacant space located at the Fountain Hills Fire Station at 16426 E Palisades Blvd., Fountain Hills, to allow for operation and maintenance of air quality monitoring equipment. This Agreement extends the term from February 1, 2023 through January 31, 2028. The annual license fee is $400 plus utilities. All other material terms and conditions remain the same. This licensed property is located in Supervisory District 2. (C-85-14-011-L-03)
