11. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 2 to License Agreement for Use of Real Property (P-50220) with the Town of Fountain Hills for the continued operation of air quality monitoring equipment at 16426 E. Palisades Boulevard, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268. This amendment is the second of two options to renew for an additional 3-year term. The current term will expire January 31, 2020. The new term will commence February 1, 2020 and expire January 31, 2023. The Agreement allows for operation and maintenance of air quality monitoring equipment on approximately 100 square feet. The annual license fee of $300.00 will increase to Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00). The County is responsible for utility fees. Either Party may terminate the Agreement without cause upon 90-days’ notice to the other. This item is in Supervisory District 2. (C-85-14-011-L-02)
