25. ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE TO RECOGNIZE NEW LESSOR UNDER LEASE L-7365 Approve an administrative change to Lease Agreement No. L-7365 to recognize 1001 N. Central Holdings, LLC as the new property owner and Lessor. The County recently received formal notice that 1001 N Central Holdings, LLC is the new property owner and Lessor with regards to Lease Agreement L-7365 for Air Quality office space at 1001 N. Central Avenue in Phoenix. Effective September 2, 2014, all rent payments will be made to 1001 N. Central Holdings, LLC. All notices under the lease agreement that are required to be given in writing will be sent to: 1001 N. Central Management Account, c/o/ Case Huff & Associates, Inc., 14861 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 105, Scottsdale, AZ 85254; and 1001 N. Central Holdings, LLC, c/o/ Case Huff & Associates, Inc., 14861 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 105, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. (C-85-15-009-3-00)
