19. AMICUS CURIAE BRIEF IN THE MATTER OF BAHR V. US ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY Authorize the Maricopa County Attorney to file an Amicus Curiae brief in the matter of Bahr v. US Environmental Protection Agency, United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit, Number 14-72327, in support of the position of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, in the event the County Attorney shall determine, after review of the filings of all parties, that such a brief is necessary and/or appropriate.
