68 . PROPOSED REVISIONS TO RULE 345 FOR VEHICLE AND MOBILE EQUIPMENT COATING Pursuant to A.R.S. § 49-479(b), set a public hearing for April 8, 2015 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of AQ-2013-002 Rule 345 (Vehicle and Mobile Equipment Coating). Following the public hearing, the Board is requested to adopt the proposed revisions to this rule. Upon Board approval, this item will become effective April 8, 2015. (C-85-15-017-M-00)

CANCEL THE PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE MARICOPA COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL REGULATIONS REVISION ITEM Cancel the Public Hearing scheduled for April 8, 2015 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of the proposed revisions to Rule 345 (Vehicle and Mobile Equipment Coating).
