RIGHT OF ENTRY ACCESS AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PHOENIX - PHOENIX DEER VALLEY AIRPORT FOR AN AIR QUALITY MONITOR Approve a Right of Entry and Access Agreement between City of Phoenix - Phoenix Deer Valley Airport (DVT), (P-50263) and Maricopa County through the Air Quality Department, for the purpose of continued use of DVT premises for an Air Quality Monitoring station. This Agreement is non-financial and is effective from March 10, 2015 until March 9, 2018. Unless terminated earlier as provided in the Agreement, either Party may terminate the Agreement with a 90-day notice to the other. (C-85-15-019-3-00)

15. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR AIR QUALITY MONITOR AT DEER VALLEY AIRPORT Approve Amendment No. 1 Non-exclusive License Agreement with City of Phoenix to execute Option to Exercise First Renewal Period to Right of Entry and Access Agreement (P-50263) for Air Quality Monitor at Phoenix Deer Valley Airport, 702 West Deer Valley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027. The Agreement will allow the County Air Quality Department continued use of the site for air quality monitoring purposes for a term of one (1) year. The term retroactively commenced March 11, 2018 and expires March 10, 2019, unless terminated earlier as provided in the Agreement. This is the first of two (2) one (1) year extensions by mutual agreement of the Parties. There is no cost to the County. Either Party may terminate the Agreement with a 90-day notice to the other party. (C-85-15-019-3-01)

AMENDMENT TO RIGHT OF ENTRY AND ACCESS AGREEMENT Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 2 to Right of Entry and Access Agreement for Air Quality Monitor at Phoenix Deer Valley Airport (P-50263), at 702 West Deer Valley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027. Amendment No. 2 will extend the term of the Access Agreement and allow the County continued use of the site for air quality monitoring purposes through March 10, 2020, unless terminated earlier as provided in the Access Agreement, as amended. This is the second of two (2) one (1) year extensions by mutual agreement of the Parties. There is no cost to the County. Either Party may terminate the Access Agreement with a 90-day notice to the other party. (C-85-15-019-3-02)
