23. IGA WITH REGIONAL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR TRAVEL REDUCTION PROGRAM SERVICES Approve a retroactive Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Regional Public Transportation Authority and Maricopa County through the Air Quality Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $374,900. The purpose of this IGA is to pass through Travel Reduction Program funds for major employer urban travel reduction efforts. This IGA is effective from October 1, 2015 until September 30, 2016.
