40. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH HIGLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 60 FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute License Agreement P-50274 between Higley Unified School District No. 60 (Licensor) and Maricopa County (County) for County to locate and install a monitoring station for the purpose of measuring ozone, wind speed and direction, temperature and relative humidity and pressure on property owned by Licensor located at approximately 3391 E. Vest Avenue in Gilbert Arizona. County shall install and maintain the monitor equipment at no cost to Licensor. County shall pay an annual fee of $2,400.00 (Twenty Four Hundred Dollars) license fee. The term of the License Agreement shall be for a period of approximately five (5) years commencing upon execution by the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and expire September 30, 2021. The term of the License Agreement may be extended for 2 (two) additional five (5) year terms upon mutual agreement of the Parties. Either Party may terminate the License Agreement with a 90-day notice to the other. (C-85-17-007-2-00)
