55. AQ-2013-002 RULE 345 (VEHICLE AND MOBILE EQUIPMENT COATING) Pursuant to A.R.S. §49-479(b), set a public hearing for November 2, 2016 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of Maricopa County Air Pollution Control Regulations:Rule 345 (Vehicle And Mobile Equipment Coating). Upon Board approval, this item will become effective November 2, 2016. Rule 345 limits emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from motor vehicle and mobile equipment coating and surface preparation operations. The purpose of this rulemaking is to update requirements and work practices for vehicle coating operations that emit VOCs. Permit fees are not changing due to this action. (C-85-17-010-M-00)
