38. IGA WITH THE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR TRAVEL REDUCTION PROGRAM SERVICES (MAG- EXPANSION) Approve a retroactive Intergovernmental Agreement FY2017 between Regional Public Transportation Authority and Maricopa County through the Air Quality Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $374,900. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to pass through Travel Reduction Program funds for major employer urban travel reduction efforts. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from October 1, 2016 until September 30, 2017. (C-85-17-014-3-00)
