AMENDMENT TO RIGHT OF ENTRY AND ACCESS AGREEMENT FOR AN AIR QUALITY MONITOR Approve and execute the First Amendment to Right of Entry and Access Agreement for an Air Quality Monitor between the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County for the maintenance and operation of an Air Quality Monitoring System within City of Phoenix Well Site #70, located at 3847 W.
