17. REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF SCOTTSDALE FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Facility Use Revocable License Agreement P-50169 (Agreement) with City of Scottsdale (City) to operate and maintain air quality monitoring equipment on City property at 2857 North Miller Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. This Agreement will formalize County ongoing use of the site and will commence upon execution of both parties and expire December 31, 2023. The Agreement will automatically renew for two (2) additional five (5) year terms. Either party may terminate the agreement prior to any renewal term with a ninety (90) day written notice to the other. The County Air Quality Department (AQD) will monitor: Ozone, Carbon Monoxide, Particulates (PM-10), Wind Speed & Direction, Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Pressure seven days per week. There is a nominal, one-time license fee of $1.00. (C-85-19-013-M-00)
