IGA AND RESTRICTED DONATION FROM THE WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY FOR THE MARICOPA COUNTY AIR QUALITY DEPARTMENT IMPACT PROGRAM Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Maricopa County Air Quality Department (MCAQD) and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WYDEQ) for MCAQD to provide technical support and WYDEQ to provide up to $7,891.50 in restricted donation funding to MCAQD for travel and expenses, and to accept the funds. This Agreement will establish a collaborative software development initiative to build upon a common shared, web based, database application for functionality, features, technologies, and sending data to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and provide up to $7,891.50 for travel and expenses. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 504 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation; therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to ARS 42-17105. (C-85-20-018-D-00)
