29. MOU WITH WHITE WATER, LLC Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Maricopa County Air Quality Department (MCAQD) and White Water II, LLC for MCAQD to provide up to $60,488 in federal DERA sub-award funding to White Water, LLC for the replacement of two diesel powered delivery trucks. This MOU will provide up to $60,488 in funds to support the State Clean Diesel Grant Program and benefit air quality by replacing one 1997 short haul Class 7 and one 1999 short haul Class 6 model year diesel delivery trucks with one 2021 Class 7 and one 2021 Class 6 ultra-low sulfur diesel delivery trucks. Matching funds of 75% will be provided by White Water, LLC. The program is consistent with Maricopa County Air Quality Department’s (MCAQD) mission “to provide clean air to Maricopa County residents and visitors so they can live, work, and play in a healthy environment.” This project is located in District 5.
