AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY FOR VOLUNTARY VEHICLE REPAIR PROGRAM Approve an Amendment to an Agreement between the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) and Maricopa County through the Air Quality Department, for the purpose of allowing ADEQ to administer the Voluntary Vehicle Repair Program (VVRP) on behalf of Maricopa County, as required by A.R.S. §49-474.03. This Amendment to the Agreement is non-financial and is effective from July 1, 2021 until June 30, 2022 or until ARS §49-558.02 becomes effective. The Agreement and subsequent Amendment 2 will automatically expire upon enactment of ARS §49-558.02. (C-85-21-042-X-00)
