123. REVISION TO ARIZONA’S STATE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN – INCORPORATION OF WASTE MANAGEMENT OF ARIZONA, INC. EMISSION REDUCTION CREDIT PERMIT CONDITIONS Set a public hearing for July 27, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. to solicit comments on a proposed revision to the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP). Specifically, the Maricopa County Air Quality Department is proposing to submit emission reduction credit permit conditions from three Waste Management of Arizona, Inc. permits to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for incorporation into the Arizona SIP. Following the public hearing, the Board is reques ted to approve submission of the permit conditions to the EPA as a revision to the Arizona SIP. (C-85-22-049-X-00)
