37. PREVENTION OF SIGNIFICANT DETERIORATION DELEGATION AGREEMENT FOR GREENHOUSE GASES The Air Quality Department is requesting the Board of Supervisors accept the delegation of authority from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to the Maricopa County Air Quality Department to implement source review under the Clean Air Act Prevention of Significant Deterioration regulations at 40 CFR 52.21 for greenhouse gases for sources under the jurisdiction of the Department.
