19. AGREEMENT WITH THE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR TRAVEL REDUCTION PROGRAM SERVICES (MAG- EXPANSION) Approve an agreement between Regional Public Transportation Authority and Maricopa County through the Air Quality Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $346,000. The purpose of this Agreement is to pass through Travel Reduction Program funds for major employer urban travel reduction efforts. This Intergovernmental Agreement is retroactively effective from October 1, 2023, until September 30, 2024. (C-85-24-018-X-00)
