45. FY27 AGREEMENT WITH THE REGIONAL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (Supervisorial Districts: All) Approve an Agreement between the Regional Public Transportation Authority and Maricopa County through the Air Quality Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $175,000. The purpose of this Agreement is to pass through funds to support Air Quality Department program efforts. This Agreement is effective from July 1, 2026, until June 30, 2027. (C-85-26-019-X-00)
