36. AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (Supervisorial Districts: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5) Approve and execute EV26-0137 an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality with all documents approved by legal counsel required to outline and define monitoring responsibilities within Maricopa County in Arizona to ensure the minimum network monitoring requirements set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency in Maricopa County are met pursuant to 40 CFR Part 58 Appendix D. The term of the agreement is five years and will terminate on June 30, 2031, and can be modified or renegotiated for additional periods upon mutual written agreement. (C-85-27-018-X-00)
