81. USE OF PUBLIC HEALTH FUND BALANCE FOR THE PURCHASE OF MOBILE HIV/STD TESTING UNIT Approve the use of funds within the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) Fund Balance (265) to purchase a mobile HIV/STD testing unit. The amount requested is $100,405.75 which was placed in the MCDPH Fund Balance in May of 2007. The $100,405.75 was a balance from a grant (C-86-00-010-3) MCDPH requested authorization and approval from the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) in a letter to ADHS dated May 3, 2007, to utilize the grant fund balance for the purchase of the mobile testing unit.
